What is forest bathing?
Forest bathing (Shinrin- yoku ) is the Japanese practice of slowing down and immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere.
Spending time among trees has been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, slow heart rates, reduce stress hormone production, boost the immune system and improve general feelings of wellbeing.

Not only will it demonstrate that you’re the type of company who wants to take care of their staff, but it will also encourage a wellbeing culture where your employees can feel comfortable to reach out and discuss their struggles in the future.
