~ About Mindful Events ~
In 2021, I left my teaching career to pursue a path that would help myself and others at the same time.
Having been advised that medication would not be helpful for my own mental health condition, I searched for another remedy to alleviate my intense emotions, moods, and thoughts, which was Mindfulness.
So, after undergoing CBT and mindfulness therapy in 2022, Mindful Events was born.
Mindful Events aims to provide an enjoyable and non-judgmental environment for anyone wishing to ease their minds through guided mindfulness meditation.
Most of the Mindful Events take place outdoors in local woods; however, I am passionate about making mindfulness accessible to all and therefore will host events for different interests and abilities.
As well as being PGCE qualified, my specialism and background is in wellbeing tourism and event management. Having this expertise, ensures the participants that the events are professionally organised, structured, and taught.

I recently joined a forest bathing event and it was absolutely wonderful. Very engaging and relaxing. Charlotte does a wonderful job of getting everyone involved and helping the group learn how to switch off from life’s stresses and just tune in to the world around you. Very peaceful and calming.
